Pedestrian Deposit (CA) – reverse tension noise composition; existing somewhere between electroacoustic music, sound collage, and pure harsh noise, with elements of nearly every style of experimental music in-between. first full u.s. tour in over three years. In support of ‘Kithless’ LP (Arbor) and others. Here’s a live set from a few days ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDdDkds2BmA

Work/Death (RI) – the intention to “connect the dots along the path of music concrete, electro-acoustic improv, harsh noise and the pop song” through a sonic palette ranging from “crumbling distortion and dense synth textures to delicate melodies and empty field recordings.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-DaBqj2_WI

Terrors (MD) – tape collage, industrial/dub overtones and occasional crooning to invoke a “warm grim meditative blur.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BPdy2BZ0H0

Weak Flesh (The All American Valley) – scum electronics washed up on the banks of the Housatonic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRAIDgIugWk

Milk Collection (New Haven) – Mike Donahue of Female bringin’ it patient, slow, and weird but always true. http://freemusicarchive.org/music/Milk_Collection/Green_Tube_TV_Tapes/
